   The promoter is Beame Teeth Aligners ("Promoter").
2. Promotion Period
   This promotion is valid from 12:00 AM (AEDT) on 6th November 2024 to 11:59 PM (AEDT) on 4th December 2024 ("Promotion Period").
3. Promotion Details
• Eligible customers will receive a $1,000 discount off the full price of Beame Teeth Aligners, bringing the final price to $1,999, and Beame Pro, bringing the final price to $4,299.
• The promotion applies exclusively to purchases made within the Promotion Period and cannot be combined with any other discount or offer.
4. Eligibility
• This promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over.
• This offer is limited to one discount per eligible customer. Multiple claims by the same customer are not permitted.
5. Redemption
• To redeem the offer, customers must make a booking and purchase Beame Teeth Aligners from a Beame clinic during the Promotion Period.
• The discounted price will automatically apply at the time of purchase.
6. Refunds and Exchanges
   As valued customers of Beame, you have the right to apply a full refund of the purchase price under the following conditions:
   
   You are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price if you apply for a refund within a specific timeframe:

• Apply for a refund within 15 days from the date of purchase;
• Or within 7 days of receiving the treatment plan from our registered Orthodontists

To initiate a refund, you must provide a copy of your order number, purchase history, and payment details as proof.

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected claims or other communications.
• If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed, and the remainder of the Terms and Conditions will remain valid.
